Nodeflow AI is an AI-powered visual workspace designed to help you:

• Organize and connect content from various sources (YouTube, PDFs, websites, etc.)
• Generate AI-powered summaries and insights
• Create visual mind maps and content connections
• Research and analyze information efficiently
• Generate content based on your organized research

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time without prior notice.

To use Nodeflow AI, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Pricing

Nodeflow AI offers various subscription plans. Prices are displayed on our website and may be subject to change. We will notify existing subscribers before any price changes take effect.

Billing

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually)
• Payment is processed through secure third-party payment providers
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for all applicable fees

Cancellation

You agree NOT to use Nodeflow AI to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Generate illegal, harmful, or misleading content
• Resell or redistribute the service without authorization
• Circumvent usage limits or abuse the AI features

Our Rights

Nodeflow AI, including its design, features, logos, and content, is owned by Nebulae BV and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our service without permission.

Your Content

You retain ownership of content you upload to Nodeflow AI. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your content as necessary to provide the service. We do not claim ownership of your content.

Nodeflow AI uses artificial intelligence to generate summaries, insights, and content. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may not always be accurate or complete
• You are responsible for reviewing and verifying AI outputs before use
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of AI-generated content
• AI outputs should not be used as the sole basis for important decisions

Nodeflow AI may integrate with third-party services (such as YouTube, Google Drive, etc.). Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services.

Nodeflow AI is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• The service will meet your specific requirements
• All bugs or errors will be corrected
• The service will be compatible with all devices or systems

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nebulae BV and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of Nodeflow AI. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nebulae BV, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of Nodeflow AI, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

We may terminate or suspend your access to Nodeflow AI immediately, without prior notice, if:

• You breach these Terms and Conditions
• We are required to do so by law
• We discontinue the service

Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Belgium. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Belgium. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the service. Your continued use of Nodeflow AI after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
